As a Lead HR Business Partner supporting our logistics centre in Erfurt, you will be part of a diverse team of colleagues from business engagement, people operations and people development .
You will work in close partnerships with the leads, managers and various business stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver high-class people services.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Autonomously coach, consult and enable senior business leaders on a diverse range of people topics and cooperations with works council
Lead a team of HR Business Partners, being responsible for their development
Proactively initiate and lead HR projects and change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology that will provide better support to the stakeholders
Prepare and understand people KPIs and people data insights to analyze business challenges and trends and derive actionable measures
Provide effective employee relations and a positive working climate locally, closely working with works councils and business leads, support collective negotiations where appropriate
Support in changes in all areas, e.g. driving organizational design topics, leveling up talent management, and much more
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Relevant business partner experience (at least 5 years) ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics or Production, including a proven track record of successful project delivery and coaching of leaders
Good knowledge of German labour law and experience in working with works councils
Experience as a sparring partner for executives who enjoys winning them over with facts and figures as much as with courage and the right instinct and focused on finding solutions even under high pressure to meet deadlines
Strong capabilities in the fields of employment legislation and personnel management, a reliable way of working, with distinctive hands-on mentality, enthusiasm and assertiveness
Ability to collaborate successfully with diverse stakeholders
Fluency in German and English
Proficient with Office and / or Google applications, SAP experience is nice to have
