Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming inquiries in Dutch and English
  • Promote our clients products and services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Documenting, answering and resolving all customer queries with the help of different tools
  • Forwarding complex customer queries regarding reservations, registrations, leasing and cash flow problems
  • Acting as an ambassador and promote our clients brand in each customer interaction
  • Delight customers in their journey
  • Requirements

  • Completed education or similar working experience required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manners
  • Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customer's need
  • Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution
  • Team-minded with a certain commitment to success
