    About the role and your impact

  • You'll be joining as a full-stack engineer, working with Michelle (CTO) and Sarah and Lorenzo (founding Engineers) to create and improve the Passionfroot no-code solo stack.
  • You will be responsible for executing parts of the technical strategy for Passionfroot, with input from the rest of the development team.
  • You will have the responsibility (and agency) to shape our product and culture to provide mission-critical tools for creators.
  • You'll be working in a highly product-oriented team, and will help give input about the features we prioritise and build.
  • You will work with a Product Designers to create a user experience that is visually stunning and easy-to-use.
  • You'll grow with the company - we'll invest in you.

    About the process

  • Initial interview with Jens & Michelle (up to 45min)
  • 1-2 Technical interviews with Michelle (up to 1h)
  • Cultural fit interview with Jen (up to 1h)
  • Reference call with 2 of your (former) colleagues (up to 15min each)
  • Final conversation with Jens (up to 1h)
  • We make an offer and optional conversation with one person of our extended advisory network. You will be able to ask any question you might have. (up to 30min)
  • About you as a Full Stack Engineer

  • You care about creators and want to build something meaningful, as the tools we create will empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
  • You have 1+ years experience with full-stack development.
  • You are familiar with Javascript, Git, HTML, CSS, and have proficiency in at least one other programming language. You have experience with modern Javascript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.
  • You take pride in writing well-documented and well-tested code.
  • You are comfortable with making technical decisions to drive the project forward by evaluating tradeoffs.
  • You're a great communicator and collaborator. You're comfortable discussing your work to various stakeholders and articulate your technical decisions.
  • You're open to receiving feedback and comfortable with regularly providing yours.

  • Where we work

    We are based out of Berlin , Germany . We have a hybrid remote working model giving everyone the choice to work from wherever they want.

    We will meet regularly to enjoy eachother's company and have a blast together.

    How we work

    We are pragmatic and value speed when we communicate with each other. Hence, we use Slack on a daily basis when we are not in the same room.

    We love writing and putting thoughts down on paper. We use Notion every day and sometimes Miro and Figma to visualize complex matters better.

    We also use Linear for task management.

    We close a working week with a happy-hour on Friday at 5 : 30PM CET where we talk about the past work week, what lies ahead and listen to the song of the week (chosen by a team member) .
