As a Sourcer, you will focus on building and maintaining a solid pipeline of talent for our German Sales business. While the emphasis will be sourcing, relationship-
building and process facilitation are key pieces as a member of this high-energy, highly visible team.

You’ll spend time on the following :
You will build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for Sales positions
You will work closely with your internal clients to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
Support your customers in recruiting as well as hiring managers to develop search strategies, create position profiles, and build target lists
Identify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority roles
Identify and utilize appropriate targeted sourcing and research tools; including online searches and social media
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources outside of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent
Source and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
Articulate our business, mission, and core values in ways that resonate with each particular candidate
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within Workday
We’re excited about you if you have :
Fluency in German and English language required
1+ years of research or sourcing experience across all social media channels, ideally within a Recruitment Agency environment
You are curious, taking a creative and strategic approach to sourcing
Not only do you love to get things done, you have a track record of success in past sourcing roles
You communicate effectively and well, both with a keyboard, and on the phone
You take an entrepreneurial approach to task management and can take control and manage tasks independently
You are metrics driven and able to compile and communicate the value of different workstreams, sources, approaches, or efforts
