Sus responsabilidades y tareas :

  • Facilitate and coach categories on problem solving, definition, and follow-up of mitigation actions in case of KPI deviations
  • Coaching towards performance assurance
  • Collect and facilitate best practice sharing
  • Co-ordinate the approach to target setting, management reporting, and E2E performance and deviation management
  • Presentation of harmonized performance reports, KPIs, and practices for E2E operational and business performance
  • Act as a consultant and support and be a challenger in the procurement organization to achieve the targets
  • Identifying new initiatives to improve the overall performance
  • How to translate the targets into initiatives and concrete actions
  • Facilitate interlock meetings / workshops within the Procurement teams
  • Track and reports the implementation progress and status
  • Su perfil y calificaciones :

  • University, Master degree in Economics / Finance
  • BA / BS degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or management preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement processes and savings reporting, performance management
  • GEA understanding of financial reporting is an advantage
  • Experience with implementation of corporate procurement
  • Work experience both in complex matrix and centralized organizations
  • String analytical and reporting skills are essential
