Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s.
Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
We are looking for you to join initially limited for 18 months as soon as possible our internal sales team at our headquarters in Weil am Rhein as
Your Responsibilities :
Process and follow-up sale orders and customer requests in collaboration with our sales representatives
Co-ordinate deliveries and returns
Check and maintain sales conditions as well as master data maintenance in our ERP system (Navision Business Central)
Liaise with our sales representatives, customers and sales management
Cross-interface cooperation with our accounting and logistic teams
Your Profile :
Completed commercial education or university degree in Business Management
Relevant work experience in sales office
Fluent in English and German (written / spoken), any additional language will be advantageous
Good MS Office skills
Basic knowledge in Navision Business Central (preferable)
Strong organisational competence , independent and reliable
Professional communication skills and team spirit
