Your responsibilities

  • You will create and maintain the traceability of the requirements for the entire development cycle according to A-SPICE.
  • You will advise teams to write and trace requirements, perform reviews and advocate for EB quality standards.
  • You will support the definition and improvement of processes, methods and tools for requirements management.
  • You will present new requirements to stakeholders and prepare decision papers.
  • You will actively walk through new requirements with the technical experts to clarify their understanding and impact.
  • You take care of these sub-tasks of requirements engineering : Analysis of customer requirement documents and change requests.
  • Assessment of customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders, clarification of open points and details.Derivation and specification of new software requirements.

    Your profile

  • You have a solid background in software development in the automotive industry.
  • You ideally have experience in requirements engineering and automotive requirements management processes, experienced developers who want to enrich their profile are welcome.
  • Preferably you have knowledge on software development and testing.
  • You are strong in precisely formulating requirements and specifications in English language and structuring of information.
  • You have an analytic and autonomous way of working with excellent documentation skills.
  • You bring in high level of enthusiasm when exploring a new field of technology combined with endurance when executing routine tasks.
  • You are an outgoing, self-confident personality with team player capabilities.
  • Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English and German, written and verbally.
