Job scope / summary :

  • Cover a dedicated set of new customer / accounts to ensure all client needs.
  • Manage account set in a global landscape and international environment.
  • Contribute to the pipeline building by generating leads and referrals and building on existing HP business within the account.
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client by developing an understanding of the client's unique business needs within their industry.
  • Drive and respond to customer requests.
  • Offer up-selling suggestions regarding new business opportunities within the account.
  • Work with the client, particularly with procurement and IT, on contract renewals and extensions.
  • Describe the benefits of solutions, services, products during the selling process.
  • Use value-added selling skills to propose additional products, services, and solutions to customer's businesses.
  • Work as a member of the Team in providing support and giving input regarding account opportunities.
  • Job specifics / responsibilities :

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Fluent German and English language.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of project management methods.

  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame HP product value proposition.
  • Understanding of Personal Systems landscape
  • Understands services as part of strategic product sales
  • Education (degree) and professional experience required :

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant.
  • 5 years advanced sales experience required
  • Other requirements :

  • Fluent English (both written and verbal)
  • Fluent German (both written and verbal)

  • Previous working experience within sales, inside sales, or customer-facing positions.
  • Experience with MS Office suite.
  • Previous working experience within an international environment.
  • Experience with virtual communication tools (like zoom, teams, skype).
