We are looking for an entrepreneurial VP Marketing who will significantly contribute to building a fast-growing business and pioneering change in the investment industry while sharing our vision of a sustainable future.
As VP Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our marketing and growth strategy and building and leading a rockstar marketing team.
Developing a multi-channel marketing and growth strategy that is aligned with our overall vision and a key driver of our business success, in close cooperation with the founding team
Implementing and steering of marketing campaigns, content strategies and growth initiatives
Continuously ensuring relevant media coverage for Econos and measurably building our brand
Developing a holistic brand positioning and ensuring a strong and consistent brand message across all channels and marketing efforts
Building targeted marketing analytics, from defining and analysing metrics to deriving actionable insights that drive KPI-measured marketing success
Improving and scaling marketing processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
Build, lead and develop a talented and resourceful team of marketing, growth and content managers
Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between marketing, sales and product teams
Several years of experience in defining and implementing marketing and growth strategies in a high-performance and growth environment - ideally in a B2C-FinTech, a leading brand / advertising agency and / or top tier consultancy
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Highly customer-centric thinking to build a growing and satisfied customer base
A structured and goal-oriented approach to work, entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and a strong team spirit
Enthusiasm for innovative and disruptive business models with long-term impact and curiosity about sustainable future technologies
Strong sense of responsibility and ambition to actively shape the market
Very good language skills in German and English
