E2open Account Manager Job Description

E2open is seeking an Account Manager who wants to develop their skills and career in a growing software organization. The Account Manager is a critical role that will interact and assist several clients across the E2open customer base.

This role endorses the overall success of our client’s accounts by managing and responding to client inquiries, understanding the client’s business, and cross-selling additional E2open products to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship by setting the strategic and tactical plans for assigned customers and become the trusted advisor to the customer for better business outcomes
  • Become familiar with the assigned account base and analyze data and trends through these customers
  • Understand the customer’s current E2open products and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell E2open’s products within the assigned customer accounts
  • Research and map assigned accounts to build knowledge of the customer’s supply chain
  • Build strategic account plans for your accounts with understanding of the customer’s organizational structure, key players, and current product utilization
  • Utilize a consultative approach, discuss business issues with customers, develop formal quotes, and present formal sales presentations to address the customer’s business needs.
  • Anticipate the business needs of the assigned customer base and identify product solutions to solve the customer’s needs while growing E2open’s business
  • Initiate contact with existing and potential buyers to identify their needs and sell appropriate E2open products to meet those needs
  • Help to lead, mentor and train team members
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • English + 1 other regionally acceptable language
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B environment, promotional products or related experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Possess and project a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with customers, co-workers, supervisors and management
  • Experience with CRM software (SalesLoft, preferred
