Your topic : Loyalty solutions or programs are used to attract and retain customers through value-added offers. The aim is to investigate state-of-the-art solutions for the retail industry.
The following tasks should be covered :
Identify challenges and trends in the retail and loyalty sector
Compare state-of-the-art loyalty solutions and Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
Elaborate an evaluation matrix for the selection of a solution
Elaborate the business values of loyalty for the retail industry
Study program with an IT reference
CRM knowledge from studies or practical experience
Interest in cloud technologies
Fluent in German & English (Business level)
