Do you love challenges?
Managing and improving the global Software Asset Management (SAM) program for Global Managed Service business unit
Responsible for compliance of global and local software in the NTT DATA Business Solutions Managed Services datacenter
Ensuring cost-effective software procurement and software usage as well as group wide software demand planning and monthly license reporting
Providing advisory in regards to software contract terms and conditions and consulting regarding complex licensing questions
Managing existing global software contracts
Ensuring group wide software demand planning and monthly license reporting
Analyzing license contracts, license models and license metrics
Ensuring the availability of the global SAM tool infrastructure (Snow Software), defining the tool use cases and requirements and supporting the SAM tool operating
Leading external software license audits on a global, regional or local level

University Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology preferred
Several years of previous experience with Software or IT Asset Management and usage of dedicated Asset Management tools like Snow Software
Previous experience with some of the following vendors and publishers is helpful : Microsoft, VMware, SUSE Linux, IBM, Oracle
Experience with the special requirements of software licensing in IT Service Provider environments
Good knowledge on IT Asset Management and basic knowledge on IT Service Management and ITIL
Ability to successfully work in international and multi-cultural teams and environment
Proactive, resilient and careful
Fluent in English orally and in writing
Willingness to travel internationally (max. 5-10%)
