Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) provides a suite of services designed to help Amazon's most strategic brands outperform across all key business growth and cost reduction drivers.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in Instock Management and people management to join the AVS Central Team.
The PM will be responsible for driving operational excellence across AVS vendors, to improve their instock rates, supply chain costs, and order to cash performance.
In order to achieve that, he / she will have the opportunity to build and manage a team of experts on these topics to provide tailored support to vendors.
In parallel, he / she will need to deliver results at scale through i) developing and implementing the right processes for the 1000+ employees across Europe and India managing AVS vendors, ii) influencing product / tech teams' roadmaps to support vendors through Amazon systems features, iii) optimizing the organization setup (roles and responsibilities, profiles, skillsets ) of the local and offshore AVS teams.
He / she will own business metrics and will drive them across all EU AVS vendors, implementing controls around the processes.
We are looking for an analytical and innovative leader who can help solve strategic business problems in a scalable way, and through a team, in a continuously changing environment.
The ideal candidate is a people manager with good business judgment, experience in instock, supply chain, or operations management, an ability to influence cross functional teams, and a track record of delivering results.
This person will have strong analytical capabilities, including experience handling large and complex data sets as well as understanding the inputs which will drive his goals.
The position requires an individual who can work autonomously on complex and ambiguous topics, prioritizing effectively.
