So, are you ready to take off? Key Tasks

  • You will design all recruiting activities in close cooperation with specialists and managers and actively contribute your ideas for new ways of recruiting
  • You develop concepts and organise innovative personnel marketing measures (e.g. recruiting events, trade fairs, employer branding)
  • You are the contact person for employees and managers on all personnel-related issues. Inparticular, you will look after our trainees and students
  • You accompany personnel changes and implement individual personnel measures
  • You will work constructively with the works council and other departments
  • You will draw up contracts, references and certificates and take on general administrative tasks
  • Key Qualifications

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or a university degree in economics with a focus on human resources
  • You have professional experience in a comparable position in operational HR management
  • You are a personality with excellent communication skills and have a high service orientation
  • You have knowledge of modern recruiting trends and the motivation to develop them further
  • You like to take responsibility and work independently
  • Ideally, you have an educational qualification
  • Good language skills in English round off your profile
