Takes product owner role and operationally works with the agile team on a day-to-day basis
Owns multiple applications
Deeply understands the user’s context and jobs-to-be-done
Interacts with end users and other stakeholders to understand and validate requirements
Works with Product Managers to understand market requirements and align on product roadmap
Owns application roadmap in alignment with product strategy
Formally captures functional and non-functional product requirements
Works with Engineering to understand technical constraints and opportunities; and to translate requirements into technical work items
Works with Product Design to create a superior user experience in line with overall application concept
Works with Product Owner peers to prioritize and align dependencies and opportunities for shared concepts
Owns and manages the backlog of the agile team
Documents product functionality and application release notes for internal stakeholders, and enables internal stakeholders
Continuously improves owned applications with regards to usability, serviceability, quality and performance aspects
Track relevant competition of the application as agreed with Product Managers
Contributes to corporate roadmap prioritization and business planning
Has great communication skills
Has great internal stakeholder management skills

Has a good technical understanding
