As a DACH insight Manager and EMEA LEAD Sensodyne Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we have the right capacity to work on consumer insights, innovation, trends and media insights to enable the DACH region.
Main Responsibilities :
Supporting the DACH lead in the creation and delivery of the learning plan required to drive DACH strategy including Innovation Development, Connections development white space identification, brand and activity performance and understanding.
Act as an integral part of the DACH organisation, becoming a key advisor and business partner by putting the consumer, shopper and expert at the heart of all brand decisions.
Bring innovation to life via relevant consumer insights, participating and leading on ground research.
Identify future growth opportunities through landscape and trend analysis of the relevant category and sub segment.
Qualify the concept, marketing and ecommerce assets to drive growth.
Partner with lead insight agencies to leverage BIC research tools and techniques.
Ensure alignment to the Operating Model Principles, working with Global Category in design market where applicable to ensure powerhouse execution on key brands.
Conduct studies such as U&A, concept tests, Brand Performance Scorecards (BPS) in line with the operating model principles to understand current and future opportunities to grow where Germany has a design market role.
Ensure innovation for the market is deigned to delight consumers and work with marketing partners to ensure key elements are designed to deliver against biggest growth opportunity.
Drive deep consumer, market and shopper understanding on Sensodyne throughout the EMEA region through thought-leadership principles.
Facilitate Best Practice thinking and approach through knowledge sharing of Insights & Analytics on Sensodyne across EMEA.
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Master Degree in Marketing Science / Psychology / Business Administration.
Min of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role as a Consumer Insights Lead.
Prior experience in conducting and leading various qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Experience in working in a matrix structure.
Ideally client side exposure that brings the individual closer to actual business delivery and impact.
Strong oral and written communication Skills in German and English and ability to influence peers / upwards.
