Sus responsabilidades y tareas :

Join the new exciting part of our global HR Operations Team. To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Operations Team is setting up a hub in Berlin, Dallas and Kuala Lumpur that will cover our organization worldwide in a 50 odd countries.

From those hubs our HR Specialists will support our company in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Services, Employee Data Services, Reward Services, Learning Services, Employee & Manager Services and Payroll Services.

Located in Berlin, in this role you will be part of our Performance Service team and be responsible for performing tasks related to performance and talent standards, processes and policies.

  • Execute global performance and talent standards, processes and policies across regional
  • HR operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction
  • Perform administration for talent management processes, talent pool and internal placements
  • Execute target setting, development dialog and target evaluation administration
  • Execute services for talent nomination processes, nomination validation and talent review as well as talent calibration
  • Execute engagement and deployment services
  • Perform succession planning administration
  • Maintain process documentation and knowledge management system
  • Su perfil y calificaciones :

  • Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience working in Human Resources
  • Experience in performance and talent services in an HR Operations environment would be a plus
  • Clear focus on quality management and strong client orientation
  • Good problem solving and administrative as well as organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and preferably in German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Polish, Russian or Italian
