Dein Capco-Tag

  • Du begleitest herausfordernde Beratungsprojekte hinsichtlich Analyse, Bewertung, Spezifizierung und Implementierung neuer regulatorischer und geschäftlicher Anforderungen
  • Dabei wendest du moderne Konzepte und Vorgehensmodelle an, um z.B. neue oder geänderte steuerliche Anforderungen effizient und qualitativ hochwertig in komplexe bestehende Prozess- und IT-Landschaften zu integrieren
  • Schrittweise übernimmst du mehr Verantwortung für Deine Themen, sowie die Führung von Teilprojekten und kleineren Projektteams
  • Neben der Projektarbeit hast Du die Möglichkeit, dich in verschiedenen internen Themen (z.B. neue Beratungsprodukte, Kontakte zu RegTech-Anbietern) mit einzubringen, diese zu entwickeln und eigene Ideen umzusetzen

  • Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und / oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Sehr gute theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse zur steuerlichen Behandlung und insbesondere zum steuerlichen Reporting von Wertpapieren
  • Erfahrung z.B. mit Qualified Intermediary Regime (QI), QI Section 871(m), Finanztransaktionssteuer (z.B. Frankreich) oder deutschem Steuer-Reporting

    Purpose and legal basis for processing

    Application stage

    Employment Offer

  • How long is the information kept for?

    This will depend on whether your application is successful or not (unless we state otherwise in our data processor’ section below) :

    Successful Recruitment Candidate Information (including CV’s applications , interview notes, psychometric test data) will be destroyed 6 months after the end of employment.

    Except in France, where candidate information is retained for 12 months. Eligibility documents (identity, right work in country) and background checks (including personal references) are typically kept for 5 years after the end of employment, or longer to comply with local laws.

    Unsuccessful Recruitment Candidate Information (including third party referee details provided by the applicant) will be destroyed 6 months after the last action.
