The Role

In CPV CC Europe, the Digital Customer Experience Team (DCx) has been created to lead the continuous improvement of the digital customer experience through our wide range of solutions, products and services.

This team mission is to manage and accelerate the digital transformation of the CPV Europe organization in order to develop our market shares for all brands, on all segments and all sales channels.

The Digital Communications Specialist is a key member of the DCx Team and responsible to drive maximum synergies within CPV Europe for boosting the online market penetration for the different CPV brands.


The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for leading SEA marketing campaigns and email marketing initiatives, Social content creation and updates, maintaining marketing campaign websites and support the team in view of Digital Communications initiatives.

This person owns and drive digital marketing initiatives that enable us to meet our customer engagement goals, grow our digital channels, and communicates our solutions front and center with our target end-customer audiences.

This role covers approx. 70% European scope and approx 30% will cover local Marketing Communications needs for Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium)

  • Contribute to overall digital growth and content marketing strategy
  • Improve web KPIs and optimize user journey across the website and other digital touchpoints
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a / b testing
  • Maintain campaign websites, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate and follows brand guidelines and web best practices
  • Develop and implement content calendar, partner with DCx Content Creation
  • Build, optimize and analyze PPC campaigns, reporting learnings to be applied to other digital activities
  • Manages SEM agency in view of optimized SEA campaign set up and keyword optimization
  • Oversee the email marketing lifecycle, from strategy, development and execution of all email campaigns
  • Conduct A / B testing and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Update and maintain the email marketing calendar and reporting spreadsheet
  • Research and seek opportunities for growing our email database and newsletter signups
  • Build and optimize Social media content and manages social media posts & calendar
  • Provide reporting on digital activities
  • Summarize and gather insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage brand ambassadors and employee advocacy program
