In CPV CC Europe, the Digital Customer Experience Team (DCx) has been created to lead the continuous improvement of the digital customer experience through our wide range of solutions, products and services.
This team mission is to manage and accelerate the digital transformation of the CPV Europe organization in order to develop our market shares for all brands, on all segments and all sales channels.
The Digital Communications Specialist is a key member of the DCx Team and responsible to drive maximum synergies within CPV Europe for boosting the online market penetration for the different CPV brands.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for leading SEA marketing campaigns and email marketing initiatives, Social content creation and updates, maintaining marketing campaign websites and support the team in view of Digital Communications initiatives.
This person owns and drive digital marketing initiatives that enable us to meet our customer engagement goals, grow our digital channels, and communicates our solutions front and center with our target end-customer audiences.
This role covers approx. 70% European scope and approx 30% will cover local Marketing Communications needs for Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium)
