We are seeking an experienced individual to collaborate and partner with our Global Sales teams across our Strategic Accounts and Partnerships in the region, helping build long term sales strategies to drive innovation, joint GTM and creative solutions for our largest customers.
The role will report to the office of our EMEA Central COO.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sr Program Manager / Director with great energy, leadership and initiative, to inspire and grow Global Sales for our Strategic Accounts and Partnerships across the DACH region.
Navigate, develop and expand strategic partnerships and co-selling opportunities from ideation to steering. Collaborate with Global Sales team to support and own strategic partnership initiatives.
Partner with the wider organisation and work cross-functionally (such as with Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Industry teams, Legal and other business functions)
Build effective partnership with our global Product functions, Business Operations Team and Business Value Services (BVS) organisation to ensure long term strategic customer engagements and create customer solutions to drive and develop new sales motions.
Help to develop unique value propositions across our entire solution portfolio, that can transform our customer’s business, and have the vision to identify opportunities for expanding our partnerships
Project manage and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams across the breadth of the customer relationship
To establish Best Practices and identify opportunities for repeatable sales engagements
To offer post sales support to identify and document ROI of our joint sales motions with our customers. Dealiver and measure the direct and indirect impact of the engagements.
Create customer reference stories
Collaborate across EMEA and Globally to share key customer wins and to learn-from other Top Account teams
The candidate will be a high impact professional capable of driving outstanding business results
In-depth knowledge to drive alignment with the Strategic Account business across multiple workstreams and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive root cause analysis and design recovery strategies
Own regular business reporting and communication cadence with senior sales leaders
Build executive presentations, crafting the messages of Sales Leaders globally
Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions
Demonstration of change management and process improvement capabilities
Exceptional track record of driving top accounts, projects and operations
Creative and innovative approach to selling
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with complex matrix-driven sales approaches
Courageous communicator; not afraid to challenge the norm
Proven ability to create and inspire high performing teams and manage via virtual teaming
