Our Digital Farming unit develops and launches digital products such as xarvio SCOUTING, xarvio FIELD MANAGER and xarvio HEALTHY FIELDS for a modern agriculture, in order to make farming smarter and easier. Join our team!

  • In your role as Commercial Manager Digital Solutions you will lead the further optimization of a global Customer Relationship Management tool to drive core Digital Farming business processes in sales, marketing and customer service.
  • Therefore, you will train and promote the system usage in all functions and collect as well as consolidate new business requirements to setup processes for a standard CRM tool.
  • Furthermore, you will utilize data to drive go-to-market strategies for a successful customer interaction, activation and retention as well as optimize the order-to-cash process.
  • You will also manage all farmer relations to improve product use and realize defined KPIs.
  • Moreover, you will ensure quality and consistency of data as well as manage data governance topics and setup user access rights, dashboards as well as reports.
  • In addition, you will drive change management in the organization based on data insights and use.

  • PhD or master's degree in business or agricultural science and several years of working experience in the agricultural business with customer focus
  • profound knowledge in business development, Salesforce and marketing automation systems as well as a strong IT affinity
  • ability to understand business needs and identify areas that can be optimized
  • proven analytical, interrelation, problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as fluent English language skills
  • strategic thinker, open-minded, innovative and customer-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
