What you'll be doing :
Administration and maintaining of incoming mail and paperwork, ensuring a proper documentation and recording of EMEA employee files, Payroll and global HR Database.
Providing general HR support to the German HRBP and the EMEA HR team if required.
This role requires a general knowledge and understanding of the content of HR paperwork.
Assist German HRBP with the organization of trainings, from funding to room booking and invoice administration.
General support for Benefits administration, Health & Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility events.
Prioritizing the daily to do s independently and in a self-driven manner
Develop an understanding of NVIDIA s structure and create a network of contacts for global cooperation across HR and matrix teams.
The candidate needs to be capable to handle international confidential paperwork for several countries and keep an overview of incomes and to do s.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of an accurate employee record maintenance, follow up on missing documents and ensure all files are compliant for regional and company audits.
At a later stage preparing contractual paperwork, including addendum’s and termination paperwork, track probation periods and issue relevant end of probation certificates.
What we need to see :
Outstanding written and oral communication in both German and English is essential. Any other language skills would be highly beneficial.
Significant experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills with IT capability to feed the internal HR Database and tracker.
Fierce attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
A strong sense of urgency and ownership, as well as a sense of pride in the quality of work completed.
Exceptional organisational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritising / reprioritising, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
