WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Global Marketing Manager within BCG’s Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area (CFS PA), you will support the Global Marketing Managing Director & Partner, the Global Marketing Director and the broader Leadership PA Team in the development and execution of an ambitious marketing strategy to help build and strengthen client relationships and position the PA as a thought leader in the market.
Your special focus will be on managing BCG’s Transaction & Integration (TI) marketing agenda, the hub for the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Carve-out and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) expertise.
TI is one of the four business units of Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice. You will manage publication pipelines and content distribution end to end, plan and execute conferences, events (virtual, hybrid and in-person), own the positioning on dedicated social media channels as well as drive overarching programs and campaigns.
Additional tasks include reviews of PA marketing performance, preparation of recommendations to key stakeholders as well as analysis to inform decisions of the leadership team.
You will have a global responsibility managing the execution of a broad portfolio of marketing efforts across all channels and platforms.
In this role, you will report to our CFS Global Marketing Director and will be working in close collaboration with the CFS Marketing team, with the broader CFS management and leadership team, and BCG’s global and local marketing teams.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Master's degree preferred
Ability to effectively manage and drive an area of accountabilities
Passion for M&A, PMI and Corporate Finance & Strategy topics
Ability to stay organized amidst a high volume of complex projects and stakeholders
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (fluent, polished command of the English language)
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools
Excellent analytical capabilities to measure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities
Highly professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel; familiar with collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, MS Teams etc)
