The VP Sales & Marketing is one of the most challenging and impactful roles at Kaspersky. As a leader of Kaspersky in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), you is responsible for the overall growth and performance of our business in the DACH region.
The VP Sales & Marketing will be directly responsible for both growing our Corporate and Consumer business building safer world for our customers.
You will manage the P&L and are responsible for scaling the region and consistently delivering on our brand promise across operations, services and business development.

At this role you will :
Build a world-class team with individuals focused on business development, sales and marketing
Attract and retain top talent, building out high performing teams who feel energized and enthusiastic about coming to work every day;
Build strategy and prioritization for getting companies to adopt and implement Kaspersky technologies and to expand the relationship, from before the signing of the first deal to several years ahead;
Build and optimize our B2B sales model and execute on the strategy;
Implement the right plan and systems when it comes to account and market segmentation, B2B / sales strategy and ramp time / sales cycle, account handoff, territory management, demand generation, qualification and etc.
In collaboration with HQ and global teams develop and implement sales strategies that achieve and sustain targeted growth across verticals, user segments, and use cases.
Ensure consistency with Kaspersky leadership culture by taking a data-driven approach to operational revenues
Implementing partner’s program, fostering productive relationships with distributors and partners, setting up SMB and enterprise business up to a profitable growth.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the VP Sales & Marketing position, candidates will possess the following :
Strong background in managing sales for global IT company (15+ years);
A strong business sense and ability to clearly articulate the value of your product to executives & partners;
Experience managing the complexity of legal entities including creation and management;
Solid understanding of the enterprise market including partner relationships;
SoSolid career examples demonstrating leadership and achieving results in an international environment;
Experience of managing sales in cybersecurity is a plus;
Excellent communication skills (oral & written);
Excellent leadership skills;
Fluent in German and English.
