A new team member for our A-Team.
What will keep you challenged?
Conceptualising, developing and executing marketing strategies on different acquisition channels for multiple portfolio companies (with different business models)
Monitoring and optimizing various SEA and Display campaigns, landing pages and creatives, while keeping in mind given KPIs (CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS)
Ongoing account analysis in order to find growth opportunities in diverse areas such as keyword development, ad texts, banner concepts, audience structures and bidding strategies
Being responsible for actively managing the assigned budgets to positively steer campaign and channel performance
Evaluating campaign performance by conducting analysis and creating reports that support both past and future data-driven actions and hypotheses
Liaise and communication with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) in a convincing and effective manner about campaign and market development
Rolling out best practices and learnings across different campaigns and partners
Verifying campaigns settings and tracking and while taking the necessary actions to solve any issues that might occur, including effective collaboration with different departments such as Business Intelligence
Maintaining and improving search campaigns according to SEA best practices
Conducting keyword, competitor and market research
Cooperate with BI and Data teams to ensure accurate reporting and a good understanding of attribution models
Working together on advanced analysis and on brainstorming innovative automation solutions
Which traits contribute to your success?
Fluency in English, with good understanding of German
Successfully completed a degree in business administration, marketing or a comparable field
A first experience in the area of Online Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment and with channels such as SEA , Display and Retargeting
Preferably a hands-on experience with at least some of these tools : Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Adjust, Google Data Studio or third-
party bidding tools such as DoubleClick
Being an expert in using Excel and Google spreadsheets, as well as beihng comfortable and confident working with numbers and enjoying analyzing and interpreting data;
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Being a strong and affective communicator and having persuasion skills
Being an analytical thinker with a structured working style
Passion about performance marketing and motivation to work with multiple fast-growing digital companies
