Description and Requirements
Your work as a Cloud / Subscription Technical Sales Specialist will be critical in positioning Lenovo as a leader in Microsoft cloud & subscription services.
With your superior sales expertise, technical Azure skills, and passion for technology, you'll deliver exceptional and innovative business solutions that complement Lenovo’s endpoint CSP sales team and solutions.
This is a regional role, where you will support country-based Services sales teams and their wider teams as they build a sustainable 365 and Azure business.
Whether driving programs, architecting customer solutions including the Azure portfolio or supporting country teams through the Microsoft CSP Program in your role as a Cloud / Subscription Sales Specialist is strategic toward expanding Lenovo’s strategic customer relationships.

EMEA Azure Consumed Revenue, including Azure Cloud Services, Azure Reserved Instances growth through commercial sales (SMB, Mid-Market, & Enterprise)
Growth of strong channel partner ecosystem transacting Azure subscriptions
The increasing self-sufficiency of the geographical teams in Guiding key business stakeholders through technology road-mapping processes including budgeting & purchasing, implementation / deployment of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft Subscription services.
Execute and manage ongoing reporting and cadence with Lenovo and Microsoft stakeholders, consolidating input from the geographical teams to :
Provide monthly Lenovo sales & pipeline reports for Azure
Supporting the country teams in quarterly plan creation and engagement with Lenovo Services team
Maintain data and business case supporting Lenovo decision-makers for prioritization of Azure Cloud / Subscription Services
Partner closely with Microsoft stakeholders to ensure Microsoft assets and business priorities are clearly articulated and demonstrated in merchandising and training tactics
With deep Azure product expertise and a rich understanding of software subscription products, you’ll :
Act as the Azure device-to-cloud subject matter expert to support the country teams with questions from customers and in architecting solutions
Assist the countries to sell Azure cloud & subscription solutions
Develop offering reports to communicate the status of operations to customers and internal teams
Grow, and expand customer product adoption and revenue via focused channel partners
Build programs to help focus the country initiatives and ensure all partners understand the best methods to transact
Seek the support of Microsoft counterparts to lead, sell, and enable industry best practices
Educate and excite sales teams about new business subscription offerings to generate net new leads
Support demos and education programs / ad-hoc training
Maintain sales references for Azure Cloud Services.
Attend training to understand company, market, and industry trends
Attend training to maintain expertise in all of Lenovo’s CSP product offerings
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of relevant experience selling Azure cloud and software subscription services to business customers. Experience working in Azure Marketplace and portals.
Azure Fundamentals Certification
Preferred Qualifications :
3+ years of experience with solutions-based sales environments, including Microsoft Azure Services, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and architect customer solutions.
An additional Azure Certification, such as Azure Administrator Associate
Additionally, the following skills and attributes will be integral to your success :

Financial reporting / reconciliation / billing issues
