Job Responsibilities :
Assists with new hire orientation
Updates employee information
Coordinates candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
Coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
Prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
Maintain employee files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
Assist other department activities and projects
Job Qualifications :
Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
