This team builds SAP enterprise and LoB solutions as well as delivering managed services.
The Bid Manager is responsible for coordinating and producing bids and proposals (RFI, ITT, RFP etc.) response whilst assembling a team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to win.
Your main tasks include :
Produce and deliver compliant, professionally produced multi service line bids and proposals within customer defined timeframes
Support the Client Engagement Manager in identify key skills and individuals required for the bid / proposal response and communicate and influence at a senior level to make them available to input and respond to the bid within the given timeframe
Coordinate the process to comply with the Quality and Risk Management (Q&R) team and manage the timing between the proposal submission and the key gates / sign-off in the Q&R process
Create and / or manage a repository of bid and proposal responses with typically re-usable content including case studies, references, quality standards, compliance and company information
Manage document templates and ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format and maintain and make available master document sets
Coordinate and review / edit input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Client Engagement, Solution Architect, Digital Practices, Industry teams, specialised product teams, project / programme delivery, marketing, finance and legal

Experience in dealing with SAP engagements (ECC and / or S / 4HANA) of complex bid (sales and presales) phases
Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment
Experience in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings and leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal
Experience of coordinating and updating a Content Management System
Ability to coach sales teams and subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practice
Strong time management / prioritization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent in English orally and in writing and preferably other languages
