We are recruiting for our brand Maison 123 several Area Managers for our German subsidiary.
The roles are ideally located in Berlin, Dusseldorf and Dresden.
As part of the brand's sales policy and strategy, the Area Manager ensures the development of turnover and sales indicators for each store in his region (10-15 stores).
To this end, it implements all the actions necessary to achieve this objective. It guarantees exceptional, unique and personalized customer service in store.
He leads and challenges the teams in the stores in his region on a daily basis. He trains by example and leads the daily training of sales teams in the performance and development of commercial indicators, including hourly productivity via schedules.
He analyses and manages daily the performance indicators (TT, IV, PM) with each store manager,
It sets up as it goes along and monitors corrective actions at the level of each store,
It boosts the brand's image, merchandising and store attractiveness and implements the recommendations of the DR / Brand Manager / Country Manager.
It guarantees a unique shopping experience : permanent customer focus, personalized welcome, perfect store management.
It ensures the respect and optimization of store procedures in order to improve business efficiency.
He supports his teams to develop their skills and expertise in order to achieve operational excellence in sales,
It ensures operational, efficient and rapid integration of new entrants into the store,
He leads the teams remotely on a daily basis, creating a climate of trust,
He evaluates collective and individual performance, and conducts monthly and annual interviews,
He is a force of proposal to his N+1 for team changes and identification of talents in his region.
It ensures optimal team planning based on sales activity and store objectives,
He is committed to the schedules and hours worked, and ensures that working hours, holidays and recuperations are respected,
He finds solutions in his region and facilitates inter-store exchanges to meet the identified time needs,
He optimizes and validates with his line manager the time budgets allocated for each store in his region,
It ensures compliance with HR, financial, logistical and administrative rules and procedures, in accordance with brand standards, and guarantees the safety of goods and people.
You must have at least 10 years' experience in the retail sector, ideally 2 years in managing a multi-site network.
Knowledge of the Women RTW would be a plus.
English is mandatory.
