Focusing on a dedicated market, you’ll make your mark by making sure we do the same. You’ll :
be responsible for managing brand P&L / or segment P&L in line with targets.
determine and recommend long and short term brand / segment strategy to ACMM / CMM
introduce new product developments into the market
determine and develop the whole marketing mix incl. TV copy, media planning, etc.
co-operate with Business Development regarding marketing strategies at the POS
ensure smooth running of daily business , i.e. forecasting, financial planning, marketing budget control, packaging de-sign, etc.
be involved in cross-functional collaboration (Supply, Sales, Trade market-ing, Regulatory, Medical, Legal)
be driving the local success of the brand as part on an interna-tional network
do strong management of external partners (Creative agencies, Media agencies etc)
coach younger team members
You’ll succeed because
you’re a natural marketer. You :
Have experience in marketing models that reach beyond the traditional
Have worked in an FMCG setting for at least 4 years before
Are a proven strategic thinker, with a background in brand planning and activation
Are analytical in your approach
Have the leadership and communication skills needed to get others behind your projects
