As a Support & QA Specialist for Case Management Applications, you are responsible for :

  • 2nd line support of a complex case management application for financial transactions
  • Reconstruct / monitor error cases
  • Testing new software releases
  • Communicating customers in German and English
  • What distinguishes you

  • Experience in customer support
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL, ideally Oracle
  • Safe handling of Linux (script level)
  • Experience in software testing of complex web applications
  • Analytical thinking
  • Fluency in English (speech and writing)
  • Experience with XML
  • Willingness to work in an innovative and international team
  • Good to have in addition :

  • Knowledge of specific processes of the financial industry, ideally concerning payment transactions
  • Experience with rollout of software solutions for customers
  • Experience in testing complex applications, ideally in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of relevant test tools such as TestDirector or Selenium
  • Knowledge in the creation of regression tests
  • Knowledge of SWIFT and / or ISO20022 standards
  • Experience with the web development framework Sencha ExtJS
