  • Maintaining and further developing of our CRM System Stay in Front;
  • Optimizing responsible areas / regions for Field Sales Representatives via RegioGraph;
  • Entering and ensuring accuracy of all POS-relevant KAM information to be updated in all relevant sales force tools;
  • Development and implementation of tools and systems to drive effectiveness and efficiency of Field Sales activities;
  • Defining and Analysing KPIs and relevant data on a regular / ad hoc basis for the Field Sales Leadership Team, providing monthly performance reporting;
  • Development and delivery of target based dashboards;
  • Improving the reporting process based on project management principles;
  • Supporting the Field Sales Leadership Team in projects planning and time and resource management;
  • Driving information & knowledge within the Field Sales team, external Agency and internal stakeholder. WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? Required :
  • Ideally Business Degree combined with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG;
  • Multiple years of Field / Sales experience in the German retail environment;
  • Advanced understanding of German retail environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset;
  • Result oriented and self-assertive;
  • High accuracy, excellence in execution, structured way of working;
  • Proactive mindset, high customer- and service orientation and hands-on mentality;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of SIF ( or, GfK RegioGraph;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office, COGNOS market research tools, e.g. Nielsen, SAP. IRI tools;
  • Excellent English and German language skills.Preferred :
