Revenue / Sales Operations is the ultimate team sport in a company!
As Revenue Operations Manager (f / m / d) , you will work with Prabha, Alex, Flo and Oguzhan to manage all processes that help increase the effectiveness and speed of our sales teams to support our company's growth.
Accordingly, you will ensure that decisions are made together with the sales management and work with different departments to implement the measures, especially on a project basis and thus cross-functionally.
This role can be performed remotely from your home office anywhere in Germany or at our locations such as Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Bremen, Cologne, Munich.
Implement best practices in sales operations and sales enablement at Forto and help our international sales team to apply them in their day-to-day operations.
Be the interface between our Sales team and all other units (Marketing, Tech, Purchasing, etc.) and be responsible for the further development of cross-divisional processes, so that you get a holistic view of the sales process in a B2B company
Together with our sales and business intelligence teams, identify optimisation potential in sales and initiate appropriate measures to improve key performance indicators and further develop our sales approaches
Develop ideas to grow our customer base and improve sales processes through data and shadowing of sales people and establish appropriate training across our product groups.
Create forecasts on sales and customer development and develop the results and optimisation potential with senior management.
What you bring
3+ years of sales operations experience, ideally with experience in sales enablement, coaching or customer success management of a B2B SaaS company.
The ability to understand the needs and expectations of our customers and employees, develop ideas and strategies to create the perfect customer experience using tools and methodologies that also drive strong sales teams forward.
A good grasp and enjoyment of data-driven tasks in collaboration with our senior management team.
The ability to manage projects and the interests of different stakeholders and to inspire others with your work results.
Good knowledge of different sales processes and tools, experience in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especiallyExcel / Google Sheets or Slides / Powerpoint), as well as experience in using Salesforce as a CRM are required.
You are business fluent in English and German would be a plus.
