Manager* Global Mobility Compliance
BNT is looking for an experienced Manager Global Mobility Compliance to make BNT ready for the future international growth.
Reporting directly to our Director Global Mobility, you will contribute massively to develop the newly established BNT’s Global Mobility department.
Your main responsibilities are :
Together with the Director Global Mobility and other team members you are mainly responsible for the development of BNT’s international transfer compliance aspects to establish the future of global mobility standards for BNT s global expansion
Mainly responsible for all aspects of Global Mobility compliance including tax, social security and payroll aspects for international transfers and cross border employees (perm and temp).
Development and implementation of suitable guidelines, processes and systems to operationalize global mobility with other stakeholders.
Providing advice to executives, employees and HRBPs on all global mobility related matters
Operational coordination and management of external providers, e.g. tax, international payroll, social security
What you have to offer.
Relevant university degree in an HR- or Business related field
Experience in global mobility such as international payroll, social security, taxes and labor law, ideally Big4 background (5 yrs)
Experience with the set-up of standard processes and process documentation
Excitement and perseverance to build something from scratch in a very fast paced environment
High affinity for Technology is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset
Fluent German and English language skills is a must
