What are your challenges : As an important member of the sales team in Düsseldorf, you will market our entire portfolio of video / display / audio and story ad formats and services primarily to media agencies in the DACH region.

With Direct Report to our Managing Director DACH you are responsible for a portfolio of new and existing customers, whom you accompany through the entire media buying process and give professional advice.

To do this, you work hand in hand with our internal sales, marketing, and campaign management. With good market knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit, you will also contribute to our product development and optimization and actively shape the post-cookie era.

Concretely, your field of functions includes the following responsibilities :

  • You are a brand ambassador for DynAdmic Media Solutions and a personal advisor for our customers : as an expert for the entire product range, you will advise your agencies on the implementation of new campaign projects
  • You independently supervise existing agencies and are responsible for the qualified expansion of new business - you transform a young portfolio of new customers into loyal existing customers
  • You are in close cooperation with campaign management to ensure the success of every campaign for your customers (Customer Success Management)
  • You develop individual marketing measures and are in close cooperation with marketing team

  • You are at home in the digital world and in recent years have built up a network of contacts that you can fall back on
  • You have a talent for sales, you are communicative, and you enjoy building customer contacts
  • You are result-oriented and have persuasive powers
  • Excellent time management, even in fast-moving environments, is one of your strengths
  • You have a high willingness to learn and are quick to grasp. You are reliable, resilient, flexible and enthusiastic
  • You can express yourself fluently and have a good command of English
