The role will sit within the Digital Customer B2C team and as part of the central EON digital program, the team is responsible to drive digital sales and service in the regions with clear measurable outcome.
Besides sharing and adopting best practices across the regions, we deliver projects aiming to reduce costs, push growth and improve digital customer experience.
The team is based in Essen and is an incredible combination of entrepreneurs and technology-driven experts. As our Senior Project Manager Digital Sales and Service you will be leading project meetings, assigning tasks within working groups and coordinating all relevant stakeholders.
With your mindset set on taking responsibility for project delivery and ensuring ongoing communication, you'll drive the end-
to-end digitalization of E.ON’s customer experience, enabling digital B2C sales / service business for power and gas.

You will need to be :
Experienced in the field of digital sales, marketing and servicing in energy utilities or alternatively in similar industry (Telcos, Banking) would be beneficial
Skilled in managing complex projects with first experience with digital tools, IT projects and with international work
Able to understand the business and key challenges / opportunities in the regions, as well as a high level of commercial acumen
Willing to take on a high degree of responsibility combined with pragmatic spirit and a strong can do attitude and impact focus
Highly skilled in interpersonal, communication and management skills
