  • Develop product sales tools and collateral including presentations, videos. blogs, webinars, and white papers
  • Ensure our products are meeting customer design-in and revenue targets
  • Drive feedback from customers, the field, and internal functional teams in order to ascertain market requirement to define competitive products.
  • Assist in developing compelling business cases for new products based on business merits, roadmaps, and resourcing
  • Support competitive product analysis that can be used for customer and sales tool
  • Support internal demand forecasting processes , pricing, and portfolio management
  • Work closely with Systems & Application and Quality teams as needed to support customers
  • Support training the global sales team so they can effectively promote and sell our products and solutions
  • Develop global partnerships to enable 3rd party customer support and services
  • Qualifications : Education :

    Education :

  • Hold a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) degree or higher degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
  • Completion of a degree in Business (e.g. : MBA) is considered a plus.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing , product management, or business development.
  • Knowledge and experience with analog, mixed-signal, or power electronics products or applications preferred.
  • Previous experience with WBG power devices, isolated gate drivers, traction inverters, OBCs and HV DCDC converters highly desired.
  • Previous experience with automotive products and customers and functional safety a strong plus
  • Excellent customer facing, presentation and communications skills
  • Able to work as autonomously as a team lead, as well as collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Good business acumen
  • Ability to analysis markets, applications, and systems solutions and develop strategic attack plans
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through
  • Ability to work with Product marketing and business managers to develop and execute product, customer, and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required (and allowed)
  • Ability to communicate in German (speak fluently and read / write) is considered a strong plus
