Position Summary

As Sales Manager Foundry you will be responsible for Key Account coverage and further business expansion in EU Foundry business segment.

We are looking for candidates with profound experience in process technology and foundry sales / business development.

Role and Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Develop, maintain, intensify and expand close customer relationship
  • Identify potential new customers / markets and business opportunities
  • Observe and analyse existing and emerging markets and trends in the Foundry business especially Security, Automotive, IOT and Industrial Market
  • Identify new projects and initiate and follow-up product qualification / design-in
  • Monitor field sales operations and control achievements by product, area and customer
  • Arrange technical / commercial product presentations in-house and on customer site
  • Plan and carry out professional promotion activities in consultation and cooperation with assigned product portfolio
  • Analyse and evaluate business results and submit regular business reports
  • Prepare, supervise and monitor the relevant Global Supply Chain including forecast
  • Facilitate and strengthen effective communication amongst all commercial parties between customer and Samsung support entities
  • Foster key relationships to customers
  • Skills and Qualifications

    SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES :

  • University degree or equivalent preferred
  • Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Persuasive and professional presenting products / technologies and concepts to customers
  • Good knowledge of Foundry application markets and customers ( Automotive, Security, Banking & Gov. ID and Industrial Market)
  • Very good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels
  • Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
  • Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality
  • Familiarity to work with state of the art software applications (MS-Office, SAP / R3)
  • Fluent in German and English language
