The Marketing Manager provides support to the business to strengthen the company’s strategy for growing our business. The position owner realizes a professional mix of strategical and operational responsibilities in Marketing.

The position owner will support and implement our broad business strategy, communicate this strategy to our customers by strengthen our brand in the Region working in close connection with the Central Region Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with Senior Leadership Team across DACH Region to identify customers and develop positive relationships for up and coming and future large networks / key accounts.

Lead strategic initiatives and project handle assigned large network accounts

Enhance our value proposition and connect the technology and partnership possibilities with expectations of network Executives.

Drives the New Products Introduction within the DACH Region by leading the Regional Projects.

Represent Beckman Coulter in customer negotiations, trade shows, seminars, conferences and other official occasions.

Builds and implements the Regional Marketing Plan (Operational)

Launches bespoke e-mail campaigns to create awareness.

Visits and listens customers to get true Voice of Customer (VOC) and experience.

Builds relationships with local IVD or Biologists Association. Act as GM representative when needed.

Organizes and leads local exhibitions strategy, messaging, roles, stand structure

Leads Marketing projects defined as strategic for the region.

Requirements :

BSc in marketing and / or a scientific discipline.

Several years of experience in marketing , delivering business results in an organization that has a broad and sophisticated product offering (IVD market experience an advantage).

Substantial experience within a complex selling in a high technology and ideally a medical devices or life science sector.

Desire and motivation to exceed customer expectations, ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at Chief Executive level.

Collaborates with and influence peers.

Outstanding oral, written communication and presentation skills.

Data driven individual comfortable in a metrics-based organization and with dashboards and Key Performance Indicators.

Results orientation with a bias for tactical action.

Service orientation towards internal stakeholders and customers.

Language skills : professional German and English skills.

Location : Germany (home-office based)
