Tasks : Responsibilites :
In 3 years : creating a strategy development, potential product pilot, after a successful pilot, implementation of product in selected countries and selected customers
Evaluation if product has potential for total Europe and / or more customers
Closing of project phase moving to managing parcel business in Europe
Constantly monitor product performance in terms of revenue, cost and service; conducts periodic product performance reviews management team, and derives implications for the product strategy
Identify and recommends product improvement initiatives to drive better financial and service product performance and address evolving market needs Main Tasks :
Developing potential parcel products and different options
Helping / supporting further parcel development
Setting up product pilots in several countries to determine the best fit between market demand and Schenker operational capabilities
Implementation of parcel products and exploring options within Schenker Land Europe
Building a parcel organization, first on Europe Land level, after successful pilot- within clusters in Europe
