Your Tasks

  • First & second level IT support for Cabka Users at all locations
  • Managing the ticketing system 4ME
  • Active Directory management (group) & creation of new users for the Cabka global network
  • Roll-out new equipment groupwise using Managing Device Management system
  • Execute updates, steered by external service provider
  • Participation in the introduction of the CITRIX environment and Azure platforms
  • Management of IT equipment (FLT, SFC, Printer) : spare parts & configuration groupwise
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation and Knowledgebase articles (4ME)
  • Active role in data management projects
  • Steering external local support service providers
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent completed training in an IT profession
  • Proven professional experience as IT Support Engineer
  • Experience with first & second level IT support, support hotline and ticketing system
  • Familiar with MS Active Directory, MS Office applications, Citrix, TeamViewer, end user protection & equipment configuration, firewall
  • First working experience with Windows Client and with server landscapes
  • High service and customer orientated Teamplayer
  • Independent, highly structured, solution-oriented way of working, while being diligent and reliable
  • Strong communication skills and good level of German and English in written and spoken
  • Mobility (national and international) up to 30%
