  • Develop and update the solution vision, solution intent and capabilities
  • Define capabilities based on strategic framework, innovations and software standards as the basis for development
  • Define and align the Solution Roadmap, including main releases dates
  • Specify the target customers (consumers / users) of the Solution deliverables and detail their needs in order to ensure the right benefit delivery
  • Act as an interface to other business units within the group, including active participation in relevant decision boards
  • Align the work of multiple Product Managers / Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Prioritizes the Solution Backlog as well as Capabilities and communicates them to the Program Managers / Solution Architects
  • Monitor solution progress (time, costs, quality, content) and make adjustments as needed

  • University degree in the field of business information systems, business economics or comparable qualification
  • Many years of experience in the fields of End-to-End customer processes and customer value in an automotive environment (>
  • 10 years)

  • Deep understanding of the automotive markets & competitors in the area of digital business
  • Great experience in the field of CRM capabilities & business orientation over the entire automotive sales funnel
  • Active participation in an agile environment (SAFe), experience in agile solution modelling and solution operation in a leadership role
