Develop and update the solution vision, solution intent and capabilities
Define capabilities based on strategic framework, innovations and software standards as the basis for development
Define and align the Solution Roadmap, including main releases dates
Specify the target customers (consumers / users) of the Solution deliverables and detail their needs in order to ensure the right benefit delivery
Act as an interface to other business units within the group, including active participation in relevant decision boards
Align the work of multiple Product Managers / Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Prioritizes the Solution Backlog as well as Capabilities and communicates them to the Program Managers / Solution Architects
Monitor solution progress (time, costs, quality, content) and make adjustments as needed
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in the field of business information systems, business economics or comparable qualification
Many years of experience in the fields of End-to-End customer processes and customer value in an automotive environment (>
10 years)
Deep understanding of the automotive markets & competitors in the area of digital business
Great experience in the field of CRM capabilities & business orientation over the entire automotive sales funnel
Active participation in an agile environment (SAFe), experience in agile solution modelling and solution operation in a leadership role
Leadership and communication skills, decision-making authority, networked-thinking and networking
