Define and Develop Category and Brands strategy in line with overall Henkel & Buisness strategy
Develop brand Positioning, executional elements and guidelines to ensure consistent equity building
Lead the innovation pipeline : Create, develop and launch innovation for global assets, steering formula development with PD, packaging development, POS / Toolbox development)
Initiate and drive relevant Cost of Good savings and complexity reduction activities
Drive relevant marketing research
Support steering of category in close collaboration with active countries : analyse business performance, budget and competitors, monitor KSIs
Create and initiate cross-border best practices and synergies
Support trademark protection
Participate, and or lead cross-category projects
Supervise IBM team
Master degree in Management, Engineering, Science or equivalent
More than 5 years relevant work experience
Experience in a FMCG company (ideally multinational)
Open to get coached by strong personalities and leaders within the company
Good business understanding to be able to identify the key issues and solutions
Strong leadership of multi-functional team and countries
Creative and open-minded person with the ability to integrate in an existing team
Good presentation skills (oral and written), strong analytical skills
Fluent English, German is a plus
