    Your tasks :

    Synchronizing Commercial Execution processes

    Driving Sales attainment activities to ensure revenue and market share growth across the globe

    You’ll be developing consistent Go To Market (GTM) activities globally, such as :

    Development of consistent and easily implemented plays

    Development of a consistent and easily followed playbook for the commercial teams globally (standardized tools which can be adapted locally to meet market requirements)

    Channel & Partner development strategies

    Segmentation analysis and implementation

    Funnel new business opportunities and partner activity in Europe and facilitation globally

    The development of a Sales Operations functions globally which synchronizes Forecasting and Planning, drive weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting and attainment activities

    Development of strategic partnerships; Ideate, evaluate, negotiate with partners to drive additional pipeline and evangelize the sonnen brand

    Be a Global Business Development Hub

    Address issues associated with global and regional execution plans and facilitate help and or remediation with local and global teams

    Synchronized Margin and Market Management

    Your profile :

    Diploma or Master level qualifications in Business or Management with at least 2 years leading a Sales team

    Prior success as a Sales Manager or General Manager who has led the creation and execution of a go to market strategy for a new solution delivered through strategic partners

    Proven expertise of growing a business from an early stage through growth to maturity.

    Quantitative and analytical skills in complex financial and business modelling to ensure profitable long-term partnerships are achieved

    Experience of working in both a rapidly growing organization and large public companies is preferred

  • You are organized and structured in approach, with a strong focus on meeting commitments and achieving results. Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals;
  • autonomous, resourceful and able to leverage informal networks to achieve results

  • You are skilled at getting individuals, teams, and an entire organization to perform at a higher level and to embrace change;
  • negotiates skilfully to achieve a fair outcome or promote a common cause; communicates a compelling vision and is committed to what needs to be done;
  • inspires others; builds motivated, high-performing teams; understands what motivates different people

    Strong knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office applications

    Innovative mindset and ability to think laterally to quickly problem solve

    Flexibility and willingness to adapt to and embrace change

    Affinity for the renewable energy sector and the energy industry
