Deine Aufgaben :

  • Evaluate customer needs through our 360 feedback cycle and derive areas for improvement to consistently improve our services
  • Lead projects within the organization to create a memorable shopping experience for our valued customers
  • Work across diverse teams as customer advocate by focusing on what's best for our customers
  • Set up, conduct and analyse global customer surveys with our internal research tool
  • Create presentations of customer insights on a regular basis
  • Deine Qualifikationen :

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experiences in E-Commerce, Project Management or Customer Centric Marketing
  • Marketing-related academic degree or equal education
  • Leadership presence with the ability to present and interact with Senior Management
  • Strong Project Management skills, ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities flexibly while maintaining a positive work attitude
  • Experience in leading process improvement projects preferred
  • Analytical, very good Excel and advanced Powerpoint skills
  • Quick apprehension, proactivity and a hands-on mentality with willingness to take over responsibilities
  • Team player mentality
  • Previous track record of success working with international and multidisciplinary teams is a plus
  • Very good written and oral English skills, German is a plus
