Cost control for specific projects : Timely and regular preparation and tracking of project forecasts and internal business reports for the project
Participation in the introduction of a new ERP system
Support for all commercial questions during the offer phase, including commercial offer calculation using benchmarks
Participation in the preparation of the risk analysis with regard to commercial, financial and tax aspects
Responsible for adhering to and tracking all commercial aspects within project execution and timely reporting as per internal regulations (e.
g. cash flow, late payments, potential litigation, budget overruns, etc.)
Participation in contract negotiations and addendum negotiations with customers and subcontractors
Show your expertise
A successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable training
First professional experience in commercial project management through an internship or working student position
Knowledge of cost accounting, IFRS and calculations
Very good MS Office skills
Business fluent in German and English
Independent and structured way of working
