  • Here's how this role will help. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
  • Presentation and marketing of our biosimilars (e.g. Hulio) to specialists in private practice and specialists in clinics in coordination with the hospital team.
  • Implementation of the brand strategy
  • Conception, coordination and implementation of an area sales plan in the Infield team
  • Competent customer management, i.e. active advice for doctors and pharmacists
  • Conception, organization and implementation of advanced training events as well as presence at regional and superregional events
  • Establishing and developing networks between clinics, general practitioners and other stakeholders that play an important role in patient care.
  • Continuous and / or action-oriented market surveys for the purpose of optimizing the marketing of our products
  • Collection of market information and customer insights
  • Proactive communication with the Front Line Manager
  • Professional reporting : on-time and proper completion of all administrative tasks
  • Effective collaboration within the Infield team and beyond, promoting open communication and a constant exchange of experience and ideas.
  • Proactive and continuous commitment to customer needs
  • Joint responsibility for achieving the region's goals (biosimilars)
  • Coaching of employees and Front Line Managers (regional managers) in biosimilar argumentation
  • Support of employees in targeting the right physicians

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

    Successfully completed university studies in natural sciences, training as a pharmaceutical sales representative or required expertise in accordance with 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz)

  • Experience in cooperation in the Infield team and in the responsible interdisciplinary project management in a matrix organization
  • Reliable knowledge in the therapeutic area of biosimilars
  • Existing contacts with prescribers in the territories to be occupied
  • Sales force activity in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrably above-average sales success, at least in the indication areas of immunology, ideally dermatology
  • Ability to present complex scientific interrelationships in a target group-oriented manner and to discuss them with different customer groups
  • High powers of persuasion, as well as a personality with strong presentation and conclusion skills and pronounced communicative skills
  • A high level of ability to continuously adapt to changing market conditions and to innovatively and proactively align one's own working methods with them.
  • High level of motivation and energy to pursue and achieve goals
  • Excellent performance management for continuous optimization of the achievement of sales targets
  • Distinct digital competence and experienced handling of field service programs (Veeva CRM and CLM, XPM, WebEx etc.) as well as MS Office
  • Flexibility, commitment and Team Spirit
  • Native German and good English language skills both written and oral
