The HR Coordinator supports both employee life cycle and HR administration working side-by-side with our People Partners to deliver exceptional support to our employees.
THE CHALLENGE :
Responsible for the operational delivery of excellent People services covering a range of activities including first line support to managers and handling employee relations.
Support of the full life-cycle hiring process : from active sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures.
Must be able to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process and consistent with our brand and company values.
Driving local culture and engagement activities, partnering with the People team to plan and execute staff events
Helping us to build a strong local Employer Brand (eg represent SR at career fairs, build long-term relationships with universities and partners, etc.)
Supporting People Partner in on operations / systems administration including data entry, data review, creating new hire profiles, running reports, and other similar need.
Understanding local benefits program and responding to employee benefits questions
Consult, support, and execute on a variety of HR activities across the employee lifecycle including employee experience, local culture and engagement initiatives, exit interviews, etc.
YOUR PROFILE :
A Bachelor’s degree, or the experience equivalent
Prior experience providing administrative and recruitment support, is required
Experience recruiting Entry level roles
Interest in building a career in human resources
Strong verbal and written communications skills both, English and German
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks / projects, and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); intermediate Excel proficiency is a must (basic formulas, formatting)
Adaptable, flexible problem-solver with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Knowledge of German labour law and Visa / Working permit regulations would be preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters
Experience using Workday or a similar HR management system
