Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of contract management, including proposal development, risk management and mitigation, specification compliance, scope development, transactional pricing, customer negotiations, customer communications and issue resolution.
  • Lead the transactional deal process having the ability to structure creative, commercially and technically sound quality deals as well as fully manage associated contractual and technical issues that arise over the life of the project.

  • Provide leadership during the deal review process to ensure that all technical risk points, risk mitigation, and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal wording.
  • Ensure compliance of proposal scope with customer’s technical specifications as well as of the commercial aspects of the proposal document (terms and conditions)
  • Interface with the Region Sales teams to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals
  • Execute market analyses and develop strategic concepts for new markets
  • Conduct customer and representative / Channel Partner sales training courses
  • Create, maintain and manage standardized proposals for Radiography Systems Plan and control operation plan by monitoring order income, sales, contribution margin and commission
  • Maintain high level of technical competence in current technologies, products and their applications
  • Plan, prepare and participate in international fairs and lectures
  • Role Summary / Purpose

  • Responsible for supporting all regional Sales teams to respond compliantly with tender and proposal requests.
  • This includes supporting the alignment of functions to be responsive to non-standard requests via the R process; management of terms and condition reviews and where necessary, provide training on process and selling.
  • Support to the global Sales team to reach goals aligned with increasing growth, maximization of profit and minimizing of cost while compliant with current guidelines.
