Processing of enquiries and fault reports from our client's employees in the area of hardware and software
Support of employees via telephone, mail or remote access
Creating, editing and solving IT tickets in compliance with defined processes
Independent solution finding using a knowledge database or classification of queries and forwarding to 2nd level support
Basic installation of desktop PCs, notebooks and manufacturing systems
What we look for
Successfully completed vocational training in the area of IT or equivalent qualifications
First professional experience would be preferable
IT affinity and basic knowledge around the use of PCs as well as knowledge of automated software distribution
Quick comprehension and analytical thinking as well as precise, autonomous and solution-oriented working method
Very good knowledge in MS Windows and Office environment
Very high reliability and ability to work in a team as well as excellent communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and German skills
